You are organized in larget JHL union in Turku. The association has members working around 2000. The association has built up approach, based on subdivisions.

Subdivision is determined by the profession generally and the workstation. Eg department assistant kindergarten = Child Care Services. Subdivision will meet usually once a month to discuss topical issues. Subdivision, elect officers, who actively manage and develop the subdivision activity.

The association has a board (20 persons), who have sought to select a balanced subdivisions of the members. The Board meets twice a month.

Government's role is to manage and develop the association's activities.
